But we discovered Edy's giant tubs of ice cream which always helps! We seem to be getting through these tubs at an alarming rate...!

On Saturday, we woke up to a fair amount of snow!

So a trip to Central Park was definitely in order. The park is amazing in the snow, but we couldn't stay still for too long. Absolutely freezing!

Lots of warming comfort food was definitely in order...

And again...

On Sunday we decided to talk a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. In the snow. Which was probably not the best idea, because yet again it was freezing.

Brooklyn heights has the best views! The panorama on the camera works pretty well!

There's even a Wakefield here. Somewhere up in the Bronx...

We got our first takeaway dinner...new yorkers keep on telling us that the only way to survive in NY is to order takeaway. After resisting the urge for a whole week, we capitulated and came to the conclusion  that they were right! Food shopping in manhattan is just too stressful, and takeaways are so cheap and tasty!
